The Software

In the following section, we will be reviewing actual data mining software packages that implement several decision tree algorithms. The goal is to identify software packages that are freely available and that are easy to use for instructional purposes. A secondary goal is that this software employs current decision tree mining methods and is powerful enough for to be used for practical purposes.
